Daily inspection and equipment maintenance

1. Check whether the temperature self-control is in good condition and the heating appliances are in good condition, and pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature of each point within the index range.

2.Traction film thickness  Control speed.

3. Observe and adjust the uniformity of film thickness, and the folding diameter meets the standard.

4. Check the air storage cylinder pressure, which should not be too high, but there should be standby pressure.

5. Check and control the proportion of raw materials and mix them evenly.

6. Check whether there are impurities in the raw materials, especially the iron mixing with magnet in time.

7. Check the lubrication condition of gearbox and air compressor cylinder.

8. Regularly check the temperature rise and mechanical transmission of each running motor.

Film blowing machine maintenance - targeted maintenance project

1. Feeder system: clean the filter in time and check the negative pressure feeding system for air leakage.

2. Extruder system:

① Observe the current of pressure instrument and main motor, and clean the net changer in time.

② Check the gearbox, screw and main motor for noise and overheating.

③ Check the frequency, current and temperature rise of frequency converter, and clean the dust of motor and frequency converter on time.

④ Correct the error between thermocouple measurement and actual temperature.

⑤ Adjust the position of extruder, adjust the groove wheel to ensure the position angle and level of extruder.

3. Die system:

① Second heating method is adopted to avoid temperature overshoot.

② Before starting the machine, use copper scraper to clean the accumulated material, paraffin to clean the membrane mouth, and reduce the influence of precipitates on the membrane bubble.

③ After shutdown, timely cover the protective felt to avoid abrasive damage. (this method is adopted for the upper blowing machine)

④ Regularly check the temperature and current of each temperature zone and membrane heating plug-in, and correct the temperature difference.

⑤ Adjust the die level and the center point to match the traction.

⑥ A torque wrench is used to disassemble the die screw, and the specified torque is used for operation. Molybdenum disulfide grease is used for high temperature part of the screw.

⑦ It is forbidden to weld and cut the mould.

4. Wind ring maintenance: clean up the debris and dust in the wind ring in time.

5. Traction device maintenance: herringbone folding without pollution, clamping traction (cooling) roll pressure is appropriate, no condensate, flattening roll operation is flexible.

6. Corona processor maintenance:

① Regularly clean high voltage transformer, discharge roller, discharge rack, electric control box and adjust discharge gap;

② Before starting up, check the humidity of the equipment to avoid short circuit of the discharge frame, and check the running temperature of the discharge roller bearing;

③ Replace the silicone tube in time.

7. Electrical maintenance:

① Ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply, and the performance parameters meet the requirements.

② Keep appropriate temperature and humidity, keep good grounding, and pay attention to eliminate electrostatic hazards.

③ Remove radiator dust regularly.

④ It is forbidden to repair core components with points.
